A slightly different type of trip this week was to Eightfold AI Cultivate conference at the stunning Hotel Nia in Menlo Park. One of my core #values is learning and this event was a great way to do so about the omnipresent topic of AI. Cultivate is a premier HR event for those looking to transform their organizations with today’s top practices and technologies. Eightfold is a game changer in the talent development space.
