Of all the European cities, I’ve adventured to, Brussels absolutely charmed me with it’s streets full of bars, restaurants, easy to use transit system and general friendliness of all that I encountered.

If Brussels is on your list, here’s 3 places you simply cannot miss beyond the main Grand Place!

1. Choco-Story located right in the center, gives an immersive overview into the wonderful world of all-things chocolate. Spoiler alert, you even get to try samples of a variety of different chocolates at the end! If you are looking for a unique attraction that’s both exciting and informative, Choco Story is not to be missed!
2. The Atomium, with it’s incredibly unique design is worth the trek (Uber and Bolt work well in the area) to marvel at this wonder of a design. A pro tip is to skip the lines and access the highest part of the atom by making a reservation at the restaurant. For a relaxed experience, head up for afternoon drinks and enjoy the views from 100 meters high in comfort!
3. Botanique is Brussel’s large urban botanical garden full of grassy areas, beautifully maintained floral scapes and definitely worth a visit.

Of all the cities in Europe, Brussels is undoubtedly one of my favorites!
